We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days of purchase. During this time, we’ll verify payment details, check product availability, and prepare your items for shipment. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days, so please factor these into your delivery estimates.

After placing your order, you’ll receive an immediate confirmation email with details like item descriptions, quantities, and total cost.
Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can monitor your package’s progress.

If a package is returned to us as “undeliverable” due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we’ll email you to resolve the issue. You’ll have the option to:
Update your address and pay any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Request a refund (minus original shipping costs, if applicable).
6.2 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the package remains unclaimed after the carrier’s specified period, it will be returned to us.
